Patch Issue
Some folks are having an issue with the patch and the bin/DeckBuilder.dat file. Just delete or rename the file.
This file is what holds the placement and which toolbars for the DeckBuilder you have, so it is safe to remove and then replace later on.

Monitor in thousands of colors (16 bit or better, will work in 256 colors)
Display must be set for 800 x 600 resolution (or higher)
